The way there:
A person appears in a doorway and walks out of the screen on the left side.
Each further scene begins when the figure enters the screen from the right,
and ends when it leaves it again on the left,
until it finally turns into a gateway and vanishes.
The way back:
The person appears in the gateway and walks off the screen on the right side.
Each further scene beings when the figure enters the screen from the left,
and ends when it leaves it again on the right,
until it finally turns into a doorway and vanishes.
The two projections are spaced in such a way that the figure
seems to traverse each screen in the same direction,
irrespective of point of view from which the projections are seen.
