The fluorescent lettering „Schadenschnelldienst” [fast service in case of damage] has been taken down from a house in Duesseldorf and then been newly electrified with 220m of cable so that the linear order of the letters in serial connection can be exchanged.
A person enters the stage and starts to compose new lines.
